Andrea Luca Redfin Agent License ID: ID #SP53744, WA #25027431
With a California real estate license since 2008, I have extensive experience in commercial property management and leasing, having closed over 300 transactions and managed high-profile buildings like Taco Bell headquarters and the Ford Design Center. In 2021, I relocated to Idaho and obtained my Idaho real estate license, transitioning to residential real estate to work more personally with clients. I specialize in helping both out-of-state relocations and locals find their perfect home. Having gone through a relocation myself, I have a deep understanding and a special passion for helping others navigate the process.

Home buyer in Post Falls, ID

Andrea was wonderful. We contacted Redfin in November just to see a home without intention of purchasing. We did not buy that home but did on the second one we found. She navigated a difficult purchase with a low appraisal and did an excellent job with communication and making sure our needs were met. She is a wonderful person and we are very glad to have found her and work with her. Everything was scheduled flawlessly and our expectations were exceeded.
